MAB's website includes information on rehabilitative services and an extensive Massachusetts directory of agencies serving people who are blind or visually impaired. MAB also offers a recording service available nationwide; for a small fee, print documents are recorded as digital files.

The Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB) is a state funded agency that serves all legally-blind Commonwealth residents. MCB combines a variety of services and support to help people gain greater independence.

The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission serves anyone in the commonwealth with a disability. They are a state funded agency and are responsible for vocational rehabilitation services and determining individuals' eligibility for both Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) federal benefits programs.

The Carroll Center for the Blind is a private, non-profit agency in Newton, Massachusetts which serves people of all ages who are blind or visually impaired. They provide rehabilitative services and skills training to help individuals with disabilities gain greater independence. On-line courses in assistive technology and computer applications are available.
